Welcome to Soul Advise
Welcome to Soul Advise – Wisdom for Life’s Next Chapter
Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual—but it does come with lessons. Hard-earned, heart-shaped lessons that change us, challenge us, and (if we let them) guide us toward what really matters.
At 50+, I’ve learned that wisdom isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about knowing which questions to ask. It’s about recognizing that even after loss, love, and a thousand little triumphs, there’s still room to grow. To dream. To stumble and rise again.
This corner of the internet is for those who’ve lived enough to know better—but still crave more. More joy. More purpose. More moments that make your soul sit up and say, "Yes, this is it."
Here, we’ll talk about:
-
Resilience – How to bend without breaking.
-
Gratitude – Finding light, even on the tough days.
-
Reinvention – Because it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
-
Connection – The kind that reminds you: You’re not alone.
So, take a deep breath. Get comfortable. Let’s share stories, swap strategies, and cheer each other on. The best adventures aren’t behind us—they’re ahead

About Me
I’m a strong Black woman—but that doesn’t mean I’ve never cracked.
A daughter, mother, wife, and friend—but I’ve fumbled in every role.
A dreamer who’s made a host of mistakes, a fighter who’s celebrated hard-won victories, and a student who’s still learning, still growing, still becoming.
My life hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been a spiral—circling back to lessons I thought I’d mastered, climbing higher even when my knees shook, and discovering that real strength isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, mess and all, and choosing to rise again.
Soul Advise was born from this truth: Our scars hold wisdom. Our stories matter. And no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve survived, your next chapter can be your boldest yet.
Here, I share my stumbles, my breakthroughs, and the soul-deep lessons no textbook could teach me. Not to preach—but to say: If I can, you can too.
Let’s grow together.
